Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viewlytics and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason with notice where required. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases; we may retain or delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Viewlytics regarding the Services. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
